We prorate move in's to the 1st of the month and do not prorate move outs. Rent is on a monthly bases once moved in.

As soon as you have removed all your items from the unit and it is cleaned out, please give us a call so you can move you out of the system. Remember we prorate on move-ins but do not prorate on move outs.
